Last October, I transitioned to a remote position within The Jonsteen Company. Throughout the winter I devoted all of my design energy to apples! It was so fun, especially creating the "forbidden fruit" illustration—an idea prompted by my boss—which was made to resemble a glimmering jewel, containing the universe inside it. When the fruit was finished, I spent the spring and summer on blossoms!
